OKINAWA SEISHINRYOKU KARATE DO KOBUDO JUTSU ( ROAD OF SPIRIT AND THE POWER OF EMPTY HANDS) The okinawa seishinryoku karate do kobudo jutsu (SKKJ) is a multilateral martial art that has been studied and developed in its present form under the supervision of Soke Sho Dai Nasiakos K. Spiridon.The (SKKJ) comprises of three martial arts. Nevertheless i must point out that every art is independent with its own grading system and teaching program. 1) OKINAWA SEISHINRYOKU KARATE DO (OSK) 2) OKINAWA SEISHINRYOKU KOBUDO (SKD) 3) SEISHINRYOKU JUTSU (SJI)

OKINAWA SEISHINRYOKU KARATE DO
Okinawa seishinryoku karate do comes from the island of Okinawa, further to the Unification of the two Okinawa schools (shorin ryu-shorei ryu).
The TRADITIONAL PART contains chosen elements ( KATA ) from the two Okinawa schools, which have been Modified according to the seishinryoku philosophy and are taught in the old Okinawa way.
The COMPETITIVE PART is divided in two categories. KUMITE POINT –AND- KNOCKDOWN KUMITE. Both kumite types include hand strokes (punches – nudges), leg strokes ( kicks-knee hits-low kicks ) And standing battle – ground battle, without missing the karate technique.

OKINAWA SEISHINRYOKU KOBUDO
The class of seishinryoku kobudo does not include only the basic weapons of okinawa ( bo - tonfa - sai - kama - nunchaku ) but also includes a big variety of traditional weapons from various martial arts, such as escrima - jo - hambo - iai do - kendo - sansetsukon.For more information

SEISHINRYOKU JUTSU
This is the martial art of seishinryoku (SKKJ). Its aim is to immobilize / neutralize the opponent within a few seconds (in real combat situations). For more information on seishinryoku jutsu press here.

The okinawa seishinryoku karate do kobudo jutsu incorporates all three martial arts in one uniform studies program and uses the MENKYO
( LICENSE) grading system for the UCHI DESHI students, while for the JIKI DESHI - SOTO DECHI - it uses the MENJO (diplomas-dan) system.

We must clarify that the (SKKJ) thanks to its advanced teaching system, provides the possibility, to anyone willing to participate, to choose whether he/she will follow its full program (SKKJ) OR CHOOSE ONE OF THE THREE MARTIAL ARTS OF WHICH IT COMPRISES.
